Supportive Accommodations Coordinator at Service Care Solutions Ltd.
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Supportive Accommodations Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide supportive accommodations for care-experienced young people. Your main objective will be to help young people achieve their aspirations and navigate their transition to adulthood.

Key Responsibilities
- Help care leavers achieve their aspirations and navigate their transition to adulthood.
- Conduct timely visits and pathway planning to guide young people towards their future.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to create a holistic support network.

What We Offer
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
