Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Commercial department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Commercial Director and team, ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director and team
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Provide a central point of contact within the Commercial department

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
