We are seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join our team at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. This role will involve providing administrative support and ensuring that financial transactions are processed efficiently.

About the Role

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring financial transactions, ensuring they are processed promptly and accurately. You will also provide advice, training, and query resolution to requisitioners, approvers, and other stakeholders on the Oracle Cloud accounting system.

You should have experience working in an office environment using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. A good understanding of financial systems, particularly 'procure to pay' processes, is essential for this role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
