Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

As a Financial Operations Coordinator at Page Personnel Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting the Accounting & Finance Department. Your primary responsibilities will include providing crucial support to accountants and management teams by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks, preparing budgets, maintaining reports, and performing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting finance department staff with daily tasks and projects
• Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and other related documents
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Assisting in month-end closure procedures and audits
• Collaborating with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
