Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our finance team at RG Consultancy, based in central Wakefield.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the financial director with various tasks, including bank reconciliations, processing purchase invoices, and weekly payment runs.
  • They will also handle queries related to profit and loss statements and assist with staff expenses, time sheets, and credit card reconciliations.
  • In addition, they will contribute to month-end duties, such as journals and fixed asset register, and perform other ad-hoc tasks within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile company bank accounts
  • Process high-volume purchase invoices
  • Manage weekly payment runs
  • Handle PL queries and staff expenses
  • Process staff time sheets
  • Reconcile company credit cards
  • Assist with supplier statement reconciliations
  • Support with month-end duties
Benefits:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
