Thrive Group is seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to effectively manage customer accounts and maintain our clients' payment terms and credit limits.

The Role:

  1. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions by phone, email or post.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient communication with customers through invoices, monthly statements, and overdue debt letters.
  3. Raise credit notes to rectify any discrepancies.
  4. Process payments and reconcile complex accounts on Sage.
  5. Manage new customer invoicing accounts and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
  6. Perform thorough credit checks and set appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
  7. Generate comprehensive reports on departmental, customer, and aged debt performance.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential debtor risks to minimize financial exposure.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  1. Demonstrate exceptional accuracy in all financial communications.
  2. Meet deadlines and adhere to established timescales.
  3. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective written and verbal communication.
  4. Display a keen interest in finance and its applications.
  5. Prior experience in credit control or a related field is highly desirable.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
