Salary and Benefits

The Individualized Support Services Assistant Manager position offers a competitive salary of $24.50 per hour, along with a range of benefits designed to support the well-being of our employees. These include tiered pay increases based on years of service, three weeks' vacation, one week's sick time, and 12 holidays for new full-time employees. We also offer low-cost benefit plans, including medical and dental insurance, employer-paid life insurance, and long-term disability coverage.

Job Description

The Individualized Support Services Assistant Manager plays a vital leadership role in our organization, overseeing the coordination of daily living support for adults with developmental disabilities. This involves managing individual records, completing assessments and paperwork as assigned, and providing training to staff and individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending all medical and counseling appointments for the individuals at 118 Nahant St., working closely with families and service coordinators, and assisting individuals in developing maximum independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in education or human services preferred or three years' experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Experience working with families of individuals and professional service providers
  • Current medication administration certification required
  • Fluent English language skills
  • A passion for supporting people with developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
