Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Disability and Autism Team as a Leadership and Support Manager. You will be responsible for creating and managing rotas, supporting service plans and partnerships, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met. Key responsibilities also include developing and maintaining a therapeutic environment, promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective strategies to promote choice, wellbeing, and independence
• Create and manage rotas to ensure optimal service delivery
• Support service plans and partnerships to achieve desired outcomes
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met, including Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and adherence to industry standards

What We Offer
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include continuous professional development opportunities, access to a blue light discount card, and a life assurance benefit.
