Community Pharmacy Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Community Pharmacist to join our team at Pharmacy Plus Health Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support your team to deliver clinical services that meet the needs of our patients
- Monitor and report on performance to ensure continuous improvement
- Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential
- Support and mentor staff to complete training and competencies
- Undertake the role of lead Responsible Pharmacist with accountability for legal and ethical decisions
Requirements:
- Masters degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Intent on gaining an Independent Prescribing qualification
- Management or Leadership qualification
- Significant relevant clinical experience
- Coaching and mentoring experience/qualification
