LHR, a prominent architectural practice based in Wakefield, is seeking an Experienced Architectural Team Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of new build housing typologies for PLC house builders and regional developers across Yorkshire and nationally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in the Residential development sector, with expertise in new build volume housing. They should also have experience in running small project teams and leading the delivery of various Residential developments from early planning, design and layout stages through to technical delivery.

  • Ability to produce full planning and working drawing packages using AutoCAD
  • Proven experience in managing own projects and job running

This role offers a salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus benefits including a Christmas bonus and flexible working hours.
