Your Responsibilities
• Coach, mentor, and grow the inbound sales team
• Lead by example, converting inbound enquiries into sales and bookings
• Work in a consultative manner on all calls, giving the best solution to our customers
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers across the UK and build strong relationships with on-site venue teams to maximise sales opportunities
Requirements
• Proven experience in a sales team leader or management role, ideally in the events or leisure industry
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, KPI monitoring, and performance improvement
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
