The basic salary for this role is £25,000, with an estimated OTE of around £35,000. This is a very competitive package, and we are looking for motivated individuals who can make the most of it.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven individual to join our Business Development Team as a Recruitment Sales Executive. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting our apprenticeship programs to hiring managers and decision-makers in various sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. You should also have experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment making.
