Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Limited as a Sales Negotiator. The successful candidate will be responsible for making viewing, survey, and valuation appointments, arranging appointments between Financial Consultants and potential customers, and maintaining regular vendor and potential purchaser contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Appointment Management: Make viewing, survey, and valuation appointments and arrange appointments between Financial Consultants and potential customers.
  2. Contact Management: Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact.
  3. Viewing Feedback: Provide viewing feedback to vendors.
  4. Competitor Checks: Regular competitor checks including prospecting and canvassing.

Requirements:

  1. Display personal drive and initiative.
  2. Good organisational and time management skills.
  3. Well dressed and well presented at all times in line with company dress code.
  4. Maintain an enthusiastic and high energy approach to your work.
  5. Excellent communication skills with accurate, numerate and computer literate.
