We are currently seeking a Counselling Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals with long-term health conditions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of psychological theories and interventions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in psychology or a related field is essential, and experience working in a mental health setting would be beneficial.

The salary for this role is £27,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 31 days' paid holiday per year, increasing with each year of service, and a one-off joining bonus of £1,200.
