We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Scunthorpe, UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Job Description:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Growth Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
