Ongo Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Growth Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Job Summary:
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets. You will also provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to clients
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall company goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Compensation:
Estimated Salary: £35,712 per annum (based on 24 hours per week at £11.44 per hour plus commission)
