Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Scunthorpe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed financial targets, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and executing market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
