Director of Sales and Business Growth

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in the UK.
About the Role:
- Take charge of a dynamic sales team and drive sales growth for beBee Professionals.
- Design and execute sales strategies that deliver results and expand customer base.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales leadership experience.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired).
Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per year.
