Mason Blake is a boutique recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience in consulting clients and candidates in the investment management industry.
This is an office-based role located in trendy Shoreditch. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
About the Role:- Make phone calls to candidates regarding live vacancies
- Research the investment management recruitment market and identify industry trends
- Support Recruitment Consultants with searching roles using LinkedIn and our CRM database
- Write job adverts for roles being recruited by Consultants
- Coordinate interviews and meetings on behalf of Consultants
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
- Provide cover for team members when they are away on annual leave
- Upload candidate CVs to client online portals
- Candidate must have strong customer service skills and enjoy dealing with customers
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably phone-based but we consider candidates from wider backgrounds
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally holds at least a 2.1 degree from a reputable university)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
- High attention to detail and numerate
- Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation abilities
