About the Role
As a key member of the Office Collective team, we are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our busy office in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team ensuring smooth office operations and providing high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Screening, assisting, and transferring inquiries to ensure all communication is efficiently handled.
- Providing access fobs, guiding visitors to meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments as needed.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging catering and refreshments.
- Managing mail and deliveries, including sorting and distributing incoming mail, handling outgoing mail, and courier services.
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Overseeing facility management, including office equipment maintenance and coordinating with building management and service providers.
- Assisting with budget management to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintaining health and safety compliance and records.
- Providing travel and guest support, including coordinating travel and hotel bookings for executives and guests.
- Offering IT support, including ordering and setting up laptops for new employees.
- Supporting special projects and events as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
