About the Role

As a key member of the Office Collective team, we are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our busy office in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team ensuring smooth office operations and providing high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Screening, assisting, and transferring inquiries to ensure all communication is efficiently handled.
  • Providing access fobs, guiding visitors to meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments as needed.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging catering and refreshments.
  • Managing mail and deliveries, including sorting and distributing incoming mail, handling outgoing mail, and courier services.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, ordering and restocking as necessary.
  • Overseeing facility management, including office equipment maintenance and coordinating with building management and service providers.
  • Assisting with budget management to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Maintaining health and safety compliance and records.
  • Providing travel and guest support, including coordinating travel and hotel bookings for executives and guests.
  • Offering IT support, including ordering and setting up laptops for new employees.
  • Supporting special projects and events as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
