Receptionist & Office Administrator

Job Summary
Bell Integration is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to employees, clients, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the reception phone, directing calls, and taking messages
- Managing the WeWork passes for Bell employees and controlling the overall account
- Assisting with meeting room bookings and maintaining a clean and presentable office environment
- Providing administrative support to the HR Director and other team members as needed
Requirements
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly and welcoming nature
- Customer service experience with people and phone skills
- PC skills to include MS programs and the WeWork booking system
