We are looking for an experienced Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team at a prestigious International Training course provider in West London.

This is a temporary 2-month contract with the possibility of extension. As a Corporate Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the training team in setting up, coordinating, and running large-scale training courses and seminars held in luxury 5-star hotels.

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with training venues, managing meeting room setup, F&B, and material preparation, uploading digital materials to electronic training devices, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring events run smoothly on the day.

You will be based in the offices of a luxurious 5-star hotel in the heart of West London and will work Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30 hours per week. The salary for this role is £18 per hour, and you will receive holiday pay, training opportunities, retailer discounts, and other benefits.

To succeed as a Corporate Events Coordinator, you must have previous experience in events management, be smartly presented, enthusiastic, diligent, proactive, and flexible. If you are available immediately and seeking temporary work, we would love to hear from you.

As a Corporate Events Coordinator, you will be working closely with the training team, course administrators, course instructors, and hotel venues to ensure successful event execution. You will also act as a brand ambassador for the client, respond to participant inquiries and complaints while onsite, and provide excellent customer service to event participants.
