Corporate Event Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Corporate Event Coordinator to join our team in London. This is a temporary, full-time position with an immediate start for eight months.

As a Corporate Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, planning, promotion, and execution of corporate events, including public lectures, workshops, seminars, conferences, and community events.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Events Manager to execute large-scale events, focusing on venue bookings, catering, AV arrangements, guests, and other logistics
  • Assisting in arranging suppliers, venue/room hire, catering, post-event dinners or receptions, security, audio visual equipment, invitations, and other requirements while administering the event budget
  • Preparing and maintaining paperwork, including checklists and other event planning documentation
  • Liaising with stakeholders, responding to queries before, during, and after events

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in organising and managing events of varying sizes and types, excellent communication skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise work while maintaining attention to detail.

This role offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you possess the required skills and experience, please apply.
