Corporate Events Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team and help us plan and execute events that enhance brand awareness, create sponsorship opportunities, and tap into new markets.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of our events strategy. As a Corporate Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including logistics, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure successful project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end event management: You should have a successful record of planning, executing, and delivering events, including logistics and budget management.
- Project management: Ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. Manage event logistics, including travel, accommodation, and supplier coordination.
- Oversee event stock audits and replenishments.
- Handle event administration and ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and measure event success against predefined metrics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in events (e.g., Event Manager, Event Marketing Manager, Events Officer).
- B2B events experience: Trade show event management experience would be particularly useful.
- Dynamic and agile in adapting to the fast-paced nature of event planning.
- Creative and resourceful when faced with challenges.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays + birthday off, £1200 annual benefits allowance, early finish Fridays, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, and more.
