We are a revolutionary dining and entertainment experience that combines football with fine dining. Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Events Coordinator.

As a member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, handling details, and liaising with operations to ensure seamless execution of high-value corporate events. Your main focus will be behind-the-scenes coordination of branded experiences, conferences, and large social gatherings, always with an eye toward delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Highlights
  • Coordinate run sheets for each event, ensuring all event elements, timings, and requirements are clearly outlined.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests leading up to the event, providing timely updates and addressing logistical or operational questions.
  • Communicate specific guest needs and event expectations to the operations team, acting as a bridge between guests and venue team.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a vibrant personality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven record of strong administration experience.
  • A passion for events.
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to get stuck in.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as complimentary TOCA games, huge discounts on food and beverage, and more.
