Austin Fraser is seeking a highly motivated Amazon Sales Channel Growth Strategist to join our team in Bridgend, South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Amazon channel growth, optimizing customer experiences, and leading our team to success in the dynamic world of e-commerce.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the Amazon marketplace, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and strong analytical skills to track and analyze performance metrics. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement E-commerce Strategies: Create comprehensive e-commerce plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
  2. Manage and Optimize E-commerce Platforms: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers by maintaining and updating the e-commerce platform.
  3. Analyze Market Trends and Customer Behavior: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
  4. Utilize Industry Best Practices and Emerging Technologies: Leverage industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website's performance.
  5. Prepare Regular Reports: Develop strategies for new product launches, conduct keyword research, assist with PPC campaigns, and prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per year

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bridgend, South Wales. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
