Job Summary: Sales and Business Growth Expert
ManpowerGroup is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Expert to join our team. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role in developing client relationships and maximizing business potential.
As a key member of our organization, you will specialize in either permanent or temporary staffing, proactively identifying and developing relationships with businesses that are looking to grow. You will work with them to identify top talent for their businesses, building relationships with current and future candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using sales, business development techniques to build revenue and maximize client portfolio;
- Working within an identified specialism and becoming an expert in your field;
- Scheduling and attending business development meetings with Clients;
- Developing multiple relationships within existing clients to ensure growth of opportunities;
To be successful in this role, you will require demonstrated accountability in developing client relationships and maximizing business potential. Exceptional ability to listen and multitask effectively is also essential. Proactive thinking, anticipating and driving actions and conversations, as well as understanding clients' short and long-term skill needs, are all critical skills for this position.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
