Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join their dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a small, office-based environment with a focus on sales growth and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales with current clients, proactively developing new customers, and liaising with managers to agree target markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales with current clients through effective account management and relationship building
  • Pro-actively develop new customers by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Liaise with managers to agree target markets and ensure alignment with business objectives

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, 3+ years of development skills preferably within the industry, and good customer portfolios are desirable. They will also be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure. Outstanding communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and an understanding of social media.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This vacancy is being advertised by TAY Recruitment (An Employment agency) on behalf of our client.
