Job Description

As a dedicated SEN Support Assistant, you will work in a vibrant and supportive environment at an innovative independent specialist school in North London. About the Role
  • This is a fulltime fixedterm position within a dynamic independent specialist setting.

Salary: Estimated £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

About You
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs in a school setting.
  • A genuine interest in personalized teaching approaches and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • A patient, empathetic, and flexible attitude towards supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • A clear DBS check is required to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
