We are seeking a talented educator to join our team at Reeson Education and cater to the needs of secondary school students with special educational needs (SEN) in North London.

About the Position
  • The successful candidate will develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with various learning difficulties and complex requirements.
  • They will provide specialized education for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Responsibilities
  • The teacher will deliver high-quality teaching that encourages students to develop confidence and independence.
  • They will collaborate with specialist teaching services, medical staff, counsellors, and psychologists to ensure comprehensive support.
  • The teacher must maintain awareness of safeguarding policies and procedures to guarantee the safety and well-being of students.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate should be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher with relevant SEN background.
  • They should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an overseas trained teacher awaiting QTS.
  • A current and valid DBS certificate is mandatory.
  • Proven experience working with young people with SEN is essential.
