About the Role:

Location and School Overview

The school is situated in Hackney, a vibrant and diverse area that provides a rich learning environment for students with special educational needs. As an SEN Supply Teacher, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement IEPs that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students with SEN.
  • Collaborate with other educators to monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Contribute to a supportive working environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior experience working in an SEN setting is desirable.
  • QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Up-to-date CV and enhanced DBS registered on the update service.
