Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-class and out-of-class support to learners across the EFI Group, promoting their independence and inclusion.">
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans, addressing the diverse needs of our students.">
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering social, emotional, and behavioral growth among our learners.">

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A level passes or equivalent qualification/experience.">
  • A proven track record of working or supporting young people with special educational needs in an education setting.">
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, with the ability to listen with understanding and relate to social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.">
  • Passion for the development and progression of all learners, with a commitment to bringing your positive energy and resilience to our dedicated Wellbeing team.">

Salary Information

You can expect a salary of £29,539 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience (1.05FTE).
