About the Role

As a Customer Advocate Lead at Hastings Direct, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support vulnerable customers. This role is based in Leicester or Bexhill-on-Sea and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
