Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our Weekend Operations team at J.P. Boden & Co. Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business performance as a Team Manager in a customer services team, inspiring & motivating front line staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Achieve operational KPI's, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in leadership of a customer service team.
- Knowledge of call centre systems and technology.
- Demonstrable experience of leading high performing teams and driving sustainable performance.
