Job Details- We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our working group of representatives across the business, ensuring alignment on customer support initiatives, risk management, and knowledge sharing.
- This role will create a network of vulnerable customer champions, providing subject matter expertise, best practices, and identifying areas for improvement.
- You'll produce assessments and reporting for senior leaders, ensuring MI and oversight are in place to evidence good outcomes for all customer groups.
- You'll conduct regular reviews and assessments of internal practices, regulatory updates, and individual cases, presenting findings and gaining commitment for actions to address concerns.
- This role requires strong project management skills, understanding customer journeys, and what constitutes good customer outcomes, as well as the risk of harm if customers aren't supported appropriately.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options, competitive bonus scheme, life assurance cover, income protection, pension contribution match up to 10%, and more.
