Vulnerable Customer Champion Lead

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Vulnerable Customer Champion Lead. This role will involve leading a working group of representatives across the business, creating a network of vulnerable customer champions, and producing assessments and reporting for senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the working group to ensure alignment on customer support initiatives, risk management, and knowledge sharing.
- Create a network of vulnerable customer champions to provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce assessments and reporting for senior leaders, ensuring MI and oversight are in place to evidence good outcomes for all customer groups.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of internal practices, regulatory updates, and individual cases, presenting findings and gaining commitment for actions to address concerns.
- Apply strong project management skills, understanding customer journeys, and what constitutes good customer outcomes, as well as the risk of harm if customers aren't supported appropriately.
