Job Overview
">- We are seeking a Commercial Contract Specialist to join our team in Bristol, working on commercial strategy for the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
- Your role will be to provide commercial expertise and governance to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with project objectives, developing innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
">- This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, requiring regular travel to Bristol and home working arrangements.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and bid management within the UK Defence market, with knowledge of commercial terms and MOD contracting methods.
- You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet critical internal governance and customer timelines.
Requirements
">- Degree qualified in Engineering, Business, Law, or Accountancy, or equivalent experience.
- Ideal candidates will hold or be working towards professional memberships such as IACCM / WCC (World Commerce and Contracting).
