About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Manager in managing the branch, driving sales activity, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed personal and business targets through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the team to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient branch operations.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day tasks, including monitoring sales activity, and implementing process improvements.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in team management, sales performance, and customer service.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and adapt to change.
  • Certifications: Full UK driving licence is essential; electrical product knowledge is advantageous.
Benefits
