Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Unilever. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and sales within our designated trade partners and end-user customers.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and sales within designated trade partners and end-user customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop solutions to address customer needs
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
- Develop and manage joint business plans with trade partners to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
- Proven experience in sales development and account management
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
