Job Title: Software Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Development Representative to join our team at Causeway Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and processing leads through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for our sales team.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and develop relationships with them.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Manage and maintain CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all sales-related activity is input accurately and efficiently.
