About the Role

We are seeking an experienced human resources professional to lead our talent and culture initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing talent management strategies.
  2. Collaborating with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining all administrative affairs within the T&C department.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources or Organizational Development is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, ideally with luxury or upscale hotel brands.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package in the range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
