Office Administrator

The York office is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This will include tasks such as:
- Organising meetings and managing calendars
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organising company events and conferences
- Managing office supplies and IT equipment
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of administrative software packages
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Basic accounting skills
