A leading provider of elderly and dementia care services is looking for a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the quality of care delivered to residents.
The client's 80-bedded home boasts modern amenities, including spacious living areas, en-suite facilities, and a dedicated dining area. You will be working closely with a dedicated team of nurses to deliver personalized care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of elderly and dementia care, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. The estimated annual salary range is £55,000 - £72,000, commensurate with your level of experience.
