Clinical Lead in Dementia Care

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our nursing home in London, enhancing the quality of life for our residents with a passion for dementia care.

This role requires strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of CQC standards, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care and quality assurance within our facility.

Key Requirements:
  1. Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
  2. Advanced qualifications in nursing or healthcare management are desirable.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or clinical management role within a care home or similar environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead and inspire a nursing team to deliver high-quality care, with a salary range of £54,000 - £56,000 per annum.

Day shift work is required, with a location on-site at our 100+ bedded care home specializing in elderly and dementia care. We strive to provide a supportive and collaborative work environment, fostering growth and development opportunities for our staff.
