About the Role

As a specialist dementia nurse, you will be working with patients and their families to provide holistic care and support.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in supporting people with dementia and their carers, with a strong background in bio-psychosocial assessments and interventions.

You will work collaboratively with other professionals to improve the identification and management of co-morbidities and frailty for people with dementia and their carers.

The salary for this role is £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, plus HCA.

This position requires a Registered Nurse (RN/RNMH/RNLD) qualification, postgraduate education in a relevant field, and evidence of continued professional development/training in relevant areas, including dementia and leadership.
