About the Role

As a Dementia Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to individuals living with dementia and their carers. This role involves regular travel within the South East of England and working closely with our Admiral Nurses to provide specialist support and guidance.

You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with families and healthcare teams, while promoting best practice and serving as a role model. The salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
