About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated UK Dementia Care Specialist to join our Policy, Campaigns, and Public Affairs team at Dementia UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our influencing strategy and contributing to our mission to improve the lives of those affected by dementia.
In this role, you will focus on public policy areas addressing barriers to care and health inequalities impacting people living with dementia. You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments, to drive meaningful change and secure improvements in legislation and statutory services.
The successful candidate will bring experience in public policy and campaigns, with a strong understanding of the policy landscape and its impact on people living with dementia. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling them to provide high-quality policy advice and support.
