Advocate for Dementia Care Reform

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on public policy areas related to dementia care and health inequalities;
- Develop and implement effective influencing strategies to secure improvements in legislation, public policy, and statutory services;
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups;
- Represent Dementia UK at events, external committees, and working groups to promote our mission and goals;
We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, as well as a generous benefits package, including enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, family-friendly policies, and access to a wellbeing app. Our commitment to employee health and wellbeing is reflected in our Menopause Friendly accreditation and Disability Confident employer status.
