The Job

We're seeking a Dignity and Care Advocate to join our team, responsible for upholding the dignity and well-being of our Residents. This includes providing daily care and support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Dignity and Respect: Maintain the highest standards of respect and dignity while caring for our Residents.
  2. Person-Centred Care: Deliver tailored support to enable Residents to maintain their independence and autonomy.
  3. Record Keeping: Ensure accurate, up-to-date records for each Resident, facilitating seamless communication among our teams.
  4. Teamwork: Collaborate with our care and support teams to deliver comprehensive, person-centred care.
