About the Role

As a Dignity Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of care and respect for our residents.

With a focus on personalisation and empowerment, you will work closely with our residents to understand their unique needs and preferences.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised care and support to residents
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
